TLDR; How do I find the "Traffic Simulation Configuration Tool"?

I'm not great with computers but I ran the NAM from the plugin folder in the steam game file. It installed and I'm using it. It appears it installed one folder named NAM in my documents but the config tool isn't in there. Where should I look for it? If someone could give me the path for it in your computer- it might help me find it.

Thanks in advance.

The TSCT has been discontinued as of NAM 45's release, because it was no longer compatible with the latest updates to the Traffic Simulator. Generally it is not advised to alter the default settings any more, although it's technically possible to make alterations manually in Reader if you know what you are doing. For the average user though it's now recommended to just use one of the default capacity options for the best game experience.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

Traffic Simulator Z 3.0 is far more responsive to your transportation network designs. Its predecessor, Traffic Simulator Z 2.6.2 (and all the 2.X variants), still resulted in underutilized rail and freeway networks, until reaching really high congestion levels, despite providing excellent pathfinding and RCI development results. The tuning we did for each capacity level, along with the re-design of the congestion-versus-speed behavior, allow commuters to prioritize high speed, high capacity routes.

Make sure to optimize the spacing for your transit stations and/or freeway interchanges to ensure the optimal utilization of these high capacity networks.

That's frigging awesome. Love how much thought is put into this game.
