3ds Max 2017 Not Working

Hello There!

I'm using bat4max in 3dsmax 2017. But the last day the program started not working anymore, so I decided to uninstall it but i don't have the source to reuninstall it again. I still have a license to be able to work with it. I went to autodesk webpage and the last version supported is 2018, so maybe 2017 version is not working anymore for users even having an active license ( I was able to use it because the license wich I obtained for working with 2020 version was activated from 2020 version and allowed me to start 3dsmax 2017 - both version installed in my computer-.)

My question is: ¿Does anybody who makes bat for simcity4 is working with 3ds max 2017? This sounds like you have a license for the 2020 version. Which means it will only work with 3ds Max 2020. Is this a student license?

3dsMax does not open or asks for a license?

@Ceafus 88 @Barroco Hispano I use a student license. I choose the 2017 version to be able to work with bat4max. Once installed 3dsmax 2017 it asked for a license and i logged in to start 3dsmax 2017 but i didn't allow me to start. I decided to install and start 3dsmax2020 version, I logged in with the student license and it started with no problem. Then i started 2017 version and it allowed me to start because the loggin was already done with the 2020 version. Funny isn't it? I could work for many months i that legal way........but yesterday i think autodesk stopped to offer any recongnition of any older version than 2018. That is my diagnosis but maybe i'm wrong. For that reason i want to know if anybody has experienced any trouble with 3dsmax 2017 during the last weeks.

@ohdude The license has expired for that version.
