Why is my custom lot not opening?

Hi, hope this is the right forum. I just realised that one of the lots I included in one of my uploads is broken. The upload is this: https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/35172-victorian-semi-detached-houses-pack-01/  and the broken lot is the R$$$ semi 04, instance 8E54C63D.

What happens is, when I try and open it in the LE I get this message:

The lot also cannot be plopped through the extracheats plugin, because for some reason it doesn't feature in the list. 

However I have analysed the lot in the Reader and cannot spot anything wrong with it. The dummy building it uses is the same shared by all the other R$$$ semis (which open correctly), and all the lines look to me the same as all my other lots. 

Do you have any hints as to what may be the problem? I would like to correct it and thus amend the upload, so that the semi 04 will grow like my other lots, thank you.

Use PIM-X which is very easy to use

Will PIM-X tell me what the problem is? I opened the lot with SC4Tool and I cannot see anything wrong with it. And yet, the lot cannot be opened in the LE, does not feature in the extracheat-building-plop list, and doesn't grow. In the Reader I experimented by deleting first  the R$$$ 04 models, then their descriptors, then the relative lines in the lot configuration, and I still could not open the lot in the LE. What a mystery!
