Once Dirktator our webmaster receives the payment and verifies it, an admin will PM you with the links as outlined here:

Although donating isn't required to use or download items off of the STEX, it does help us out greatly with web hosting costs, as I think the bandwidth is one of the most expensive parts of running Simtropolis, so thank you very much!
