I'm not sure how easy it would be to remove DAMN, the actual mod itself is no big deal, like any other remove the relevant files. But as I understand it, DAMN must modify all lots it hides, if you don't revert such modifications to the original files, you may find a lot of content is missing from your menus. Just like when DATPacking your Plugins, you ideally would have a backup of the original files to restore from?

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

I'm way out of my element here as I only tested DAMN a wee little bit a few years ago, but my (potentially faulty) memory suggests DAMN doesn't modify the lot files themselves, but only makes it's own method to call them from within the game.

Let's beep @CaptCity who I've seen using DAMN recently. *;)

    Glad to hear it! *:8)

Could you briefly explain about the solution what you did to fix it?

That way others who check this topic will be led to the answer also for what to do. *;)

    Hi @fritzfarlig

    For what it's worth...

Perhaps it depends on the version of DAMN being used, but in using the newest from Yild, I have not had any issues with simply removing the DAMN folder from the the game's Program directory and the zzzzz_Damn folder from the Plugins. My understanding is that everything is handled by the DAMN directory structure itself and game files are not changed. I've not seen removing the folders affect game play, but maybe I've just been lucky, I don't know.

From your image above, it looks like you might be using the the version associated with SSPTool...? I can't say I remember ever having issues with removing that one either, but I think there were problems with it after Windows 10 came out. Perhaps it's related to your issue?

Anyway, just thought I would mention it.
