It's not immediately clear what you are trying to build under frankly.

If you just want the small channel of water to be traversable by the existing road tunnel, that'd work. You just need to be super-careful with the terraforming tools when filling out the water, if you adjust the tiles with the tunnel portal, the tunnel will be removed. As such, you might want to place the tunnel a few files back from where it starts/ends now, you may have a very hard time with them so close.

Personally, I would use the FLUPs from the NAM in such a situation, the transparent FLUPs can be plopped through the water just fine.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

Please translate that into different words. We don't know what you're trying to say.

I'm pretty sure you either want two tunnels that effectively cross each other or that do so with an intersection where they meet.6009de41ba011_ImpossibleTunnel.jpg.ef60248dcfd01ae92539a1f113dc4419.jpg

Whilst clearly not right, because the game only knows where the portals are, you can have tunnels cross. But if you want any sort of intersection, you'd have to resort to using FLUPs.

So an underpass is a thing (noun), but it's not a verb, perhaps the cause of the confusion? It's also not clear to me why you would even need to have any water? Usually that's only a necessity when you want to build a bridge.

How about the UDI behavior? Is the vehicle collide with those in the other side of the underpass?

I don’t ever use UDI myself. I assume they would drive through each other, but without accidents, because the game can’t connect two tunnels, it’ll see them as separate routes.
