Cannot Install STEX Discs on new laptop Windows 10

Purchased the three disc several years ago and everything was going fine until i got a new laptop. When trying to install it gives me an error saying i don't have permission to install. I tried running as admin and same results. Anyone have a solve for this?  Could I get the download links??? would that work?

I mounted each .iso file as a virtual drive, then navigated to the virtual drive and ran it from there. It worked!

 

When it gives the option for where to install the Collections to, perhaps an idea is to try installing the files to another HDD or USB flash drive.

Not sure whether this relates to the same issue you're experiencing, and admittedly not being on Windows 10 it makes me unable to test this further.
