Datpacker 2008 and Windows 10? [Solved]

I've read Datpacker 2008 should work with Windows 10, and people have definitely used it on Windows 10. Does anyone know if this has changed at some point?

I've installed everything I can think of to make it work (The DLL's,  .Net 1.1, ect), comp modes, running as admin, ect, but I keep getting the same error, the log says;

I have no idea if the linkys are still valid, but here's what fixed that up long, long ago:

Thanks... I downloaded all three from somewhere else, but I replaced them with these ones and it works now.
