Glowing Regions

Is this a bug but in the last week my regions have started to glow I have NAM 37.

Any help to fix this will be very helpful.

It appears like you may have the "Transportation Map" view toggled on in region view for city tiles to appear this way.

Try setting to Satellite View as follows:

In addition to @Cyclone Boom's tip, @Terring mentioned that the UI Translucency does that in NAM for the Region Transportation View. You might try toggling it off (or on) from how it is now. Each city tile will have to be re-saved to update the thumbnail image that shows in the region view.
