I can't interface AVE-6 with RD-4 correctly

Hello,

According to NAM documentation, AVE-6 can end to RD-4 because it has more total lanes than the minimum lane required by AVE-6, as long as they're orthogonal. It works on me, at least when I drag the road. However, when dragged, I get T-intersection Maxis road in the left lane. I suspected the cause would be the adjacent monorail. However, when I removed the rail, the problem still occurred. Same with another T-intersection with adjacent RD-4, although the effect is slightly different when I removed the RD-4 that ended the AVE-6. When I cross the road with the adjacent RD-4, it works. I guess there's a problem with AVE-6 and RD-4 interaction. For crossing, it works fine tho. Can you figure out the problem? Ignore my ortho RD-4 x diagonal Maxis road crossing because it's not finished yet.

Having a quick look at this myself, it's an RUL2 problem, not sure if it's stability or a code error. In theory, only 2 lines of code need adding to make them work:

I've also fixed up the AVE6xRD-6 texture (US versions intersection lines didn't mirror). Because the base fix is code-dependent, you won't be able to utilise this fix before a new NAM release. It might be possible to slip this into NAM37, otherwise it should be fine as of NAM38.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

I encountered this issue myself late in NAM 37 development, and have made some RUL and texture modifications accordingly.  I'm not sure how much of that made it into the NAM 37 RC, but at least some did, looking at the dates on things, and if there are any lingering issues still with the RC, they should be ironed out with the finalized NAM 37 release.  Multi-tile T-intersections are a pain, because of the interference of the Road Roundabouts plugin.
