Pixelated New Buildings on SC3K (World Edition)

It turns out that when I download new buildings for the SimCity 3KWE game, the 3×3 and 5×5 buildings come out pixelated

How & what problem can it have or is there a missing application

Are those buildings you're plopping included with the original game? Or are they Custom Made? If the latter, what are their names and where did they come from? I do still have my SC3000 installed, but I need to know where to find them to see how they behave for me.

Ok, that sounds like the zip I made with ten thousand-ish buildings in it. Those are whatever was found via the Wayback Machine. It's possible they simply were not made correctly for the ones that pixelate in the game.

In your tests, is it every single building that is 3x3 and 5x5 which does that? Or just those specifically? Without the names of the buildings, I've no way to check them myself.

I've got the zip file and SC3K and am happy to have a look as well
