Change building color to white?

Is there a way to change a building's color to white? Selecting white on in the Asset Editor or Painter mod seems only to return building to its original color.

You can't do that without editing the texture and reimporting it. If you'd like to try that, then this guide deals with how to get the textures and model out of the game so you can edit it. Just keep in mind if it was made by someone and shared on the workshop, you can't share it without permission from the original creator.
