Developing Our YouTube Channel

Hello,

I seen our YouTube channel has almost no subs. Yeah, ~200 subs. It's so small in today's YouTube where people has 30,000 to even 100,000 subscribers. So, we need to develop our channel and eventually compete with ConflictNerd, for instance. First, we need to setup our crew. It includes cameraman, video editor, script writer, lawyer (if needed) and so on. It should be pro, high quality, and doesn't do dirty practices (including clickbait, title/thumbnail that doesn't match with the content). Second, we need to decide which content we need to upload or streamed. I think news, tutorials and city journals are great to be uploaded or streamed, especially if they are unique and not rigid. Third, we can start making contents, look at the feedback and make future videos based on the feedback. Fourth, promote our channel word by word or other techniques. Fifth, we can apply this step to other platform, including expanding to other platform (IGTV etc). For monetization, I think donations and Patreon should be enough, don't add ads.

Hello,

I have a news. I sent my request to coop to a highly-appreciated and famous person for making a YouTube chanel. After few minutes, he responded to me that he saw the opportunity to be on YouTube. Due to RL, he can't make a YouTube channel. But, there is a room for replies and I will give you updates on it as possible. If the coop is approved, this is a huge deal on our community. We can reap the benefits from the YouTube channel, although not all of them is direct to us. We can use the benefits to create our own channel and we can reap even more, etc.
