Old LBT Texture Pack 2 and LBT MegaTextures Pack 2

I have been made aware of a discrepancy between those two packs. The new one (Mega Textures Pack 2.) is supposed to inclure all the textures of the # & #2  but it doesn't. Im afraid some textures were dropped when the Mega Pack was built.

Being an old timer, I do have the old pack, which has long since been deleted ; I never throw anything out., because -- being an old timer, as I said -- I've noticed that some older lots sometimes have problems with new dependency packs ;  I happen to use this one  in my lots or relots. For instance, recently, in the TL-Anubis OldTown Station set ; that is when one downloader contacted me because of various missing textures. During the testing, I sent him my own LBT Textures Pack 2. It solved the texture problem. Q.E.D.

Can anything be done about this ?

Ok, I completelly missed this. 
The situation is that they (LBT Team) totally re-IID'd the textures in both of their old texture pack (LBT Texture Pack 1 and 2), than put everything with many other new textures into the above mentioned LBT Mega Texture Pack v2, than they started to replace the old textures on their LBT lots, but obviously third party lotters (like Anubis) didn't do the changes. The LBT Texture Pack 2 currently can be found only on capital sim: Old LBT Texture Pack 2, while the LBT Texture Pack 1 is here on STEX. The funny thing is that on both sites they said that after they updated their lots they will remove the old texture packs, well they removed the Texture Pack 1 from Capital Sims and removed the Texture Pack 2 from STEX... So it's totally confusing weather they updated their lots or not, but actually as the above example shows third party lotters may used the old textures. I don't know why they re-IID'd the whole set, maybe they ran out from texture range and the sake of consistancy asked a new bigger one. Who knows?
So I removed the obsolete TAG from LBT Texture Pack 1 here on STEX, and while all those texture now in the Mega Texture pack they actually are acting like individuals, because they have different IID's. So these are actually duplicate textures...

    Not sure I get it *:)  Re those packs, I'll keep on indicating as deps what DataNode tells me, after testing my lots in an empty plugins with-just-the-deps *:P

    Every ingame texture (base or overlay) build up from 5 FSH image (refereing to 5 zoom levels). Every texture has a unique IID (if you watch it in reader this IID is the instance number, 5 zoom level 5 fsh/texture 5 instance number which are related to each other).     What they did, that in the Mega Texture pack they used the same textures (and than put many more) what was in the first two LBT texture pack (1-2), and changed the instance IID numbers. When you are making textures you need to ask a texture range (like you did with the prop family range), they (LBT team) changed their texture range, what they used with the LBT Texture Pack 1-2 to an other range and put the same textures with the new range into the Mega Pack.
    But meanwhile a couple of lotter started using their old textures with the old IIDs, and never updated their lots with the new textures (new IIDs) after it was released.

    I hope it cleans the things a bit.
