Hiya, @velos66

I went ahead and split your post out from that other topic so it will be its own thread. You'll get more peeps reading and replying to it this way. Also, I moved it into the NAM forum. *;)

Look inside the following folder (where all the NAM Documentation is stored):

Documents\SimCity 4\NAM Auxiliary Files\Documentation

Open the main page (1-start.html) to bring up the main NAM Readme page. From there you have a button for the RHW Documentation, which is pretty thorough.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

So here is my attempt at making a highway diamond. However am having problem with connecting the avenue and street.

What am i doing wrong here. Tried using regular roads, not RHW, but still not getting access.

Elevated 8C RHW ( no traffic at all) vs Maxis Highway to neighbor connection.

Am i plopping the NC connector for L2 elevated 8C RHW right?

First problem, you need to use some FlexHeight transitions to get down from L2 to L0 coming off the highway.

Second problem, neighbour connections don't exist for anything but Ortho L0 setups. So you are going to have to bring the highway down to ground level in order to make that. Without it, the sims have no way to leave/enter the adjoining tiles, hence you are getting no job zots all over the place.

One thing that is really important to stress here, RHW is totally different from Maxis Highways. It's designed to make more realistic highways, but the caveat is that they are much more involved to build them. As with many NAM features, you'll need a bunch of modular pieces to bring together a complete working setup. Take a look here, it will give you the basics of working with interchanges:

The reason you're not getting access there has nothing to do with the RHW.  For some reason or another, you have part of a multi-tile NWM network (the RD-4) connecting to your Avenue out of your neighborhoods.  As it's only part of a multi-tile network, all the pathing is heading in a single direction, thereby preventing traffic from getting in on one side, and getting out on the other.  Completely bulldoze that stretch and rebuild.
