I used to play once a week with some friends CS on a LAN, from 5 in the afternoon till 4 in the morning, but my record is 16 hours non stop. The only breaks I had was on between kills and used them to order a pizza and eat it on those kill breaks.

I no longer play CS, did it for 7 years on a row, but I still spend a lot of time playing other games. This last Sunday I woke up at 10:00 in the morning and played SC4 till 4 in the morning, and on Friday I played from 8 PM till 6 AM on Saturday.

Guys do I have news for you. 2 years a go during mid june, I woke up at 12 or 1 pm. I the played the hell out of my new pokemon emerald game for gba. Next thing I knewI fell asleep at 9:20. 9:20 am the next day. Did I take a shower? No. Did I eat? yes, twice once breakfast and once dinner. Was I tired as hell in the end ? You bet.

Um, nice revivial. I bought MidNight Club 3. I started playing it one Saturday morning, and I left the game running (I took a break to sleep, but still) for three and a half days, never shutting it off. My thumbs hurt so bad.

I usually play Halo CE, Tales of pirates and read forums on the weekend usually at 11AM to 2AM.

But I can't play for 24 hours straight.My stomach would be empty and parents would be yelling if I did.

16 hour gaming sessions are nothing new to me, since i am a stay at home dad, i have nothing better to do while the kids run around and play. i stop to eat, shower and take a potty break, thats it.

I used to get hooked on the Gran Turismo series time would fly so fast, probably 6 hours one time max! I cant bear to do one of those 24 hour races though, itd had to be on B-spec...if only i can play GT4 again its been a year or so...

I remember when I got the Sims 2 back in 2004 or something... my parents and my brothers were going to Ireland the same day and I was alone in the house to look after the pets... I played it non-stop for 2  FREAKING DAYS with no sleep and never picked it up again.

I also played The Getaway for about 21 hours on Christmas Day 2002 untill I completed it

My brother could probably beat those 2 examples to be honest... he's totally addicted to WoW, he can stay up for days on end playing it (he has no school and no job(and no life)) just wasting his eyeballs and muscle tissue.

Longest I had spent on a game was the "Tomb Raider" series.....Every single one one them. I had lost my job and I was depressed....and then bought all the Tomb Raider's for 5 bucks a piece at my local resale video game shop.....

I played all the Tomb Raiders through non-stop .... I had played them before and solved them....but I wanted to have fun again to help me forget about losing my job and help with my depression.....I got as far almost solving the last one....and realized it had been 22 hours later. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been playing Tony Hawk's American Wasteland and I had beaten it. It took me a week to beat it (school and all). That weekend, I went back and beat it again. Ten times. On Saturday. That's not a time record, that's a gaming record.

I've had all-nighters on Civ III, somewhere between 12-15 hours (had to stop because I had school). I've had all-nighters on SC classic and all-day runs for SC3KU, though I couldn't tell you how long those lasted because they were so long ago. Hours and hours at a time spent on games like Chrono Trigger, MGS, Ocarina of Time...so I guess I couldn't say which binge play lasted the longest.

When a game is good...it's really, really good, you know?

I think I played Sc4 nonstop once for, like 8 or 12 hours.... I remember the first time I played the Sims (which was around 2000 or so) I played non-stop for like 4 hours, which wouldn't be alot now, but then I was only, like, 8 or 9 years old.... heh... those good old days...

And RollerCoaster Tycoon (I think the first one) I played non-stop for around 5-6 hours too, I believe

Hmm...most of my gaming sessions are from about 11 PM to 2 AM on weekend nights (only time I have time to devote to my budding cities and still have a social life).

I have, however, spent as long as 8 hours on Sim City (from say 7 PM to 3 AM). I have done this a few times (but no more than three or four) so I can't remember specifically (not recently). I have also spent as much as six hours or some ungodly amount of time a few other times on my other addiction: Victoria, a nineteenth century historical strategy game. These are the exception rather than the rule though.

I remember playing Civ4 when I first got it from about 5 PM to 7 AM (14 hours) the next day! THAT was insane. It was just about the latest I have ever slept in...and I missed giving my friend a ride to her tennis match (which I was supposed to do at 2:30 that AFTERNOON!) because I slept in so long afterwards. I felt like crap when I woke up...It put me off computer games for about a month and I STILL can't play Civ4 for longer than an hour or two anymore.

Sim City 2000 was sooo damn addictive! Jesus, i remeber playing 16 hours playing it building up a huge Metropolis called Fern Town. I still play like an hour a day with that games. Dirk: Nothing can beat the classics, lol

I remember one time i got Age of Empires 2. I focused totally on my economy and at the end of a 21 hour game, the land was covered in my farms. Age of Empires 3 i spent about 11 hours on crushing oponnents on multiplayer, lol. I completed an around the world flight on Microsoft Flight Simulator X which took a long time, i didnt count, though my plane was on auto pilot most of the time.
