That's the plan; may be delayed a little thanks to Dorian. (Weather is another one of my hobbies.)

Spent a lot of today on textures for Sheetz. So what you see below is a work in progress. I'm planning on adding outdoor tables and other outdoor details right into the BAT and may also make a few new props for this.

As requested by @msb1026, here is a Wells Fargo for you to enjoy.

While I know this pretty much is the same as the Chase Bank I made, I mirrored the lot and building so there is a difference. I pursued this as the plans for a location I found felt pretty similar to my Chase BAT.

There's something amusing to me about your hobbies being "retail" and "weather". But then again I'm not much better with my own interests. *:P

Keep it up with the BATs. :)

Haha. Yeah, I'm also into Lego a bit so that may explain why I tend to like making models.

That image with all your signs - that's insane - awesome - but I'm just imagining lotting that test lot up in LE...   :: faints dramatically ::

Yeah that took some time to put together. It was especially irritating if the signs didn't export correctly.

Enjoy the new upload with a re-scaled one. This will probably be my last upload in September as things are going to get busy for me IRL.

Have you ever considered doing some movie theaters? We have a dearth of them in SC4, and the one from SimGoober is unfortunately not very good to use any more... (It was the exact theater design that became infamous on national TV thanks to the Aurora shooting)

    Thank you! Looks great!!

One thing we don't have in SC4 is a Trader Joe's. Just an idea if you ever considered doing another shopping center in the future! Keep up the great work!

I’d love to see more west coast brands..... like Ralph’s, Fred Meyers,  Sierra trading post “owned by TKMaxx or TJMaxx” Safeway, Albertsons and so on. But you do what ever you chose!

Patience is always a good thing right? lol

This will take some time to complete (I'm looking at you, Lowe's garden center with all your greenery and detail that will have to be put into the BAT) and I also need to play around with @kingofsimcity's SHK textures to see if this design is even possible or if new textures will be needed. Funny enough, it is one of the textures he made for me that inspired this complex.

Omg!!! This is amazing! I really like how you draw things out and plan before you do a BAT. I can’t wait to see the progress on this one! *:)

Seeing that Safeway makes me happy. Once’s again thanks @RRetail for making something I’ve only request a million times.  Excited For the  Christmas tree store, Gap and the buy buy baby also!

Will Lowes be a freestanding outparcel?  I thought it would be nice to have it as that if I ever decide to place it near a super Wal-mart or another grocery/big box retailer.

I'm so excited for this!!! Quick question though, if you are able to share at the moment, what will be the lot size for the entire shopping center? I'm going ahead and planning a space *:) Thanks!

I am considering releasing Lowe's and the movie theater as their own file that would be dependencies for the larger complex.

The tentative plan is 29x32 made from 4 lots.

Other than roof junk detail (which will be done today), the most challenging part for Lowe's is that remains.... Garden center and back storage detail.
