Remember most of these types of buildings have an lip running along the edge of the roof-line to conceal the A/C units and the discoloration of the roof.  The roof is almost never square to the walls.

I just did a google map satellite search in the Dallas area and saw many that are grey.

I was basing this off of a location in Erie, PA where there is no lip, but I suppose I could take some liberties. lol

Is there a Metal roof texture? The two near me in Overmap View looks to have that.

OTASCO. It stands for Oklahoma Tire and Supply Company. It died out in the late 1980s, about the time I dropped out of my first attempt at college. I worked at one in the evenings and weekends. You could literally get just about anything there from car and truck parts, tractor parts, a few appliances, it sold tires (and mounted them, too), and even had a mechanic which did small engine repairs. Heck, the one I worked in had a refreshments "cafe" in the back corner! Had the best greasy hamburgers in town!

Well my county is very small we have a Verzion store in the next town over, and a AT&T in the mom and pap pharmacy, but over the river there is AT&T, Verzion, T-Mobile, and a cricket store and the other county has two Verzion Store AT&T and a  Clicket store. This is all within a 35 min drive.

    Nice!

The roof texture looks kind of stretched out and the tops of the Panera/MattressFirm signs are pretty bright, but the modeling looks good. I'm always looking for more strip malls.

There's a ton of cell phone stores nowadays. (Verizon, At&t, MetroPCS, T Mobile, Sprint, Cricket) and of course any local popups. (I told you I'm aware of brands were lacking. :D)

@IDS2 Thank you for the feedback. Rooves are honestly my weakest spot it seems so criticism on them are always welcomed. I do find some certain curves to be a challenge too though. I'm not quite happy with the roof line there myself yet.
