9 years here !

I couldn't believe that after 9 years I'm still a registered member here ! I knew I had a few friends somewhere...

So I guess I should re-introduce myself : I'm a retired Art teacher and thus with a lot of time in my hands. Back then it was Sim City 3000 and now it's Sim City 4 Deluxe. That's a quantum leap alright ! And now with all those add ons (Nam, Bsc, et all) There's is steep re-learning curve for me.

So I'm glad to be here and hello to everyone.

You mean 9  years? It says you joined in 2007 on your profile. And plus, it's impossible for you to have been here 19 years because Simtropolis was started in 2003, which is now 14 years ago.

Remarkably it's almost 18 years since SC3K was released (Jan 31), but I was wondering for a moment there about that 19!

Anyway, it's always nice to have returning members, and you're very welcome back to Simtropolis. We're still going strong after all these years, and let us know if we can help you catch-up with anything. There's such a wide range of content to choose from, which adds so much more playability. Especially if you've plenty of spare time, SC4 sure is a sustainable hobby.

Seriously, I'm trying to concentrate in SC4D at first before going into those addons (Nam, Cam, LEX and many more). So let me read and practice and read and practice more, and eventually will bombard you with questions.

ohhh wasnt aware you were a new user. not used to this forum where it doesn't have the join date on the users post side bar. So  welcome, my name is Hayley.  , lot of cool stuff here. Especially in the Show me your ... threads.   . SimCIty 4 will be having a birthday not this saturday but next saturday hard to believe the game will be 14 years old.
