revive of the thread again, as sudenly i found problems in it

at 1st i was playing rush hour, and becauses i download the wrong rush hour and simcity vanila patch, it wont upgrade my game properly, but i dint care at 1st

when i use the mod, it is perfect, all the demand is always full

and than today, i download the corect patch, after reinstalling the game (my game crash :'( )

the patch install corectly, but now my residental demand is low after i tick the super demand ordiance, although both the comercial and industry demand are still high

why

Well, the mod does not change the residential demand, it just affects commercial and industrial demand, wich makes the residential demand rise as a side effect.

I have a modified version that increases R$$, R$$$, CS$$, CO$$, CS$$$, CO$$$, I-Ag and I-Ht Demand, decreases R$, C$ and I-D demand and does not affect I-M demand.

I can send it if you want it, just PM me.

I'd suggest that an admin re-closes this thread, the close disappeared in the ST upgrade.

i dont knw what hapend, this mod just wont work after i reinstall my game

before that i can get stage 8 building in less than 5 years, all HT industry in that same time also

but now after 20 years HT and stage 8 building only slowly crawl in

Nvm, spent a few days making a legit region from scratch and now I don't have any problems growing exponentially large sums of skyscrapers in my cities. Even the stage 8's.

That doesn't suprise me considering that link is to a different site (by the year this thread was started, and how the quotes on the 1st page look, I can tell this thread is from ST's "small-town days").  It's currently avaliable on the site right here [link].  Don't forget the readme though!

You might need to disable the fire wall to be able to download the files.

No don't think that's the issue, he should have gotten some warning box either a pop-up or on IE. I haven't dwld anything in a while so not sure whats the deal. However ST is stuck to forums only right now so we'll have to wait to check on that issue. As of now the link takes you to Forum Category Listings.

RVD_1970, have you tried dwld from ST before and had sucess? If so have you install any new virus protections or changed anything with your operating system?

I installed it but some part of my residentials aren't going anywhere. They still live in crappy houses instead of skycrappers and condos. How do I fix this?

My residential areas are still deserted. like 3 block of R zones are empty, nobody is moving in. Worse, my city is stuck at 260k populations. R demand is only massive for R $ and $$, $$$ is a negative.
