Plugins in SC3K

So I downloaded the GOG version of SimCity 3000, and I found a few buildings I like from http://www.tatertown.com/sc3000/db/ and where it says the plugins folder is, I'm unable to find it, despite me even uninstalling it and installing the physical version. No where to be found. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks!

According to the GOG help you should be adding them here

Quote

Just extract the Plugin folder to C:\GOG Games\SimCity 3000 Unlimited\Apps (or wherever you have SC3000U installed.

they are also considering adding the official landmarks to the GOG version, in the meantime if you want any of those they are here
