Need help finding Maxis building stats in Reader

I downloaded a set of beautiful small houses and while its stats are alright, I want to make all parameters exactly the same as similar Maxis buildings.

I open downloaded building in Reader and I see all the necessary parameters

Now I open similar Maxis building and half the parameters are gone

Why? Where are those stats?

Take this as my guess: They are prolly inherited from the Parent Cohorts. Notice the downloaded one references 0x00000000 three times whereas the Maxis one has actual numbers.

The very little I know is that the child Exemplar acts as if everything in those Parents were the same as if it were typed in.

That I remember is the first time I see someone in your first post on the site ask about editing of  material using the reader but come on ...

Exactly, but only to complete.

There are up to three cohorts levels that can be inherited by the exemplar

in the specific case this exemplar:

first inherits the Cohort properties specified - 0x2000000F

this in turn inherits the properties of the Cohort - 0x00000003

which also inherits the properties Cohort - 0x00000001

Then the exemplar can be modified including all cohorts properties
or simply adding it deems more appropriate.

Wow, so many years after the game was released and I got extremely helpful replies the same day I asked! Thank you all and especially NCGAIO and CorinaMarie, now I can download more custom buildings and easily edit their stats to make sure nothing breaks the games balance even in the slightest.

Depending on the question, when it's posted and who comes online, that happens quite a lot. Now and then it might take a couple or three days. Like if you post a more esoteric question it might be a few days before the peeps with that niche knowledge come by.  As an overall experience I found the largest group of friendly and helpful peeps here.
