Was this intersection working before you installed NAM?

In any case, the screenshots seem to show missing textures, but it could be the code that creates it. If either of these things aren't working, then it suggests something is wrong with your NAM installation. Is there any chance any older files from a previous NAM version are still in your plugins folder? You're probably best removing everything NAM related and starting with a fresh install though.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

@Newjin I noticed you have a hospital located at the intersection.  This may be interfering with the intersection that NAM is trying to create.  Remove the hospital and try to create the intersection again.

The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older.  Shorter of breath, and one day closer to death."

Based on where the blank tiles are appearing, it looks like the OP has the INRUL code for the Avenue Turning Lanes, but doesn't have the textures installed.  It appears to have been some quirk with the options selected combined with how the installer script handled them--I'll have to look at the script to investigate.

In any case, if you want the base intersection as it would appear without the Avenue Turning Lanes, go into your My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\Network Addon Mod\INRUL Overrides folder and delete "NetworkAddonMod_TurningLanes_Avenues_Plugin_INRULs.dat".  Alternatively, if you do want the Avenue Turning Lanes, reinstall the NAM and select that option.

If the hospital had transit-enabling, it might interfere, but it appears that's just the vanilla hospital from the game, which doesn't, and the type of interference that TEing would create would actually break the pattern that the INRULs are using to convert to the Avenue Turning Lanes, thus preventing this issue from appearing (though not truly solving it).

Edit: Based on what I'm seeing with the script, my guess is that the OP had the Avenue Turning Lanes installed with a previous installation, but didn't install them this time, and because the script was only set up to remove the main .dat and not the INRUL .dat when the option was unselected, the INRUL .dat got left behind.
