I cannot seem to find something in Steam workshop that can help me reduce this traffic problem I am facing at this intersection. I think the best so far is really to do a roundabout. Do you have any suggestions on what it can help?

The top part where all the traffic are going to are all my Commercials and Offices. It's my central business area. There are no residential area there. Coming from the highways are the residential areas.

Your main problem is that you force all traffic to use the same single road to get from A to B: it really acts as a funnel, and in traffic that rarely goes too well. In general I think your road network is a bit too rigid, as in there are very few alternative routes to get from A to B, so all traffic regardless of destination needs to force itself through the same bottlenecks.

So what you should try to do is spreading the traffic load, which can be achieved in various ways: for example, you could try adding an express road parallel to the one intersecting the highway to connect parts above and below the highway - this way through traffic has an alternative to the road servicing the highway. Another option is to add a few express highway exits/entrances away from the main intersection (remember that interchanges do not have to be 4-way: having a single entrance/exit somewhere is commonplace), so traffic is spread more evenly. I see one of the right (you could do the same on the left, like building an extra highway entrance), but going by the traffic it is scarcely used: I don't think the exit itself is a problem, but the fact that using the main intersection is still the fastest (measured in road types, not traffic density) route means that you could try to improve the way that one exit on the right services the adjacent built-up area.

Try to get rid of all the left turns. A SPUI with timed traffic lights could work.

The screenshot is irritating because you play in RHD mode, but the highway is LHD...

Separate the entrance and the exit of your city, don't rely on just one connection..
