Nice! Did you create LODs for all those lights? That's really important.

So I noticed the new lamps show up in the same ui category as the default ones - does that mean you've figured out how to change a prop's category? I've had no luck with the mod to change categories (works for buildings though) or doing it directly in ModTools. I would love to be able to sort my props better - it's such a mess with everything in the same category.

Yep, all of them have custom LODs.

And yes you can change prop category to PropsCommonStreets or PropsCommonLights depending on where you want them to show up. It's the same categories that show up in the asset editor.

Wohoo! I messed around with prop categories a while back, but I just couldn't get it to work. No idea what I did different, but it works now. :D Anyways, awesome lamps! Now I feel like editing a bunch of assets to add them there. :D

Are these streetlights available on the workshop because I really want them for my city! :)

Also, would you consider making your Avenue Light with Flags Prop without the flags on it and also a single arm version? :) Cause I really love the streetlight design.  EDIT:  Boformer - I saw your post about you being busy and that's totally okay.  I thought I'd just make a suggestion but it wasn't my intention to stress you out!  I know how it feels to be really busy and overwhelmed, as I'm studying full time, have a job, and have a family to keep happy.  So my apologies!  Thanks for your awesome contributions.

As someone who doesn't know anything about making props, I hope someone will develop the equivalent of the SC4 Light Replacement Mod (LRM) for C:S so that we can have a wide selection of streetlights to choose from to add to our roads via Network Skins (Modern Lighting Pack is a great start).  It would be awesome if we would have a selection of traffic light skins to choose from too as we did in the SC4 Stoplight Replacement Mod (SRM).  Maybe one day!

Just bumping this to say thank you to Boformer and comment on how fricken awesome this is. GC_Vos's lights have been a real pleasure to plop whilst building. They're beautiful and essential. So big thanks to you both.

I searched the forum for "add" "lights" "prop" and this didn't come up. I dunno if anything can be done, but I'm having a hard time finding the information I need on these forums. Often the most helpful posts are buried in threads that are completely unrelated. I hope you guys don't mind me spamming questions and threads.

If you want to make your own Street Light this post should be enough. If not, be more specific on what kind of information you need
