Do you mean a city that is a combination of American and Japanese buildings? I don't know how well that would go together. Also, American cities are way less dense than Japanese cities, so I'm not sure how you could combine these two styles effectively. Oh, and Japan drives on the left side of the road whereas America drives on the right.

There are tons of Japanese buildings to download from various Japanese sites.

As for an inspiration if you want to mix JPN and US styles, you could use Honolulu, HI. The city has significant architectural influences from Japan. And the large tourist industry mad Honolulu one of the densest cities in the US, with a huge number of high rises. Between Touristy areas like Waikiki and Downtown, there are older areas with many mid-rise residential buildings that are similar to Japanese Danchi buildings and houses from the early 20th century with significant Japanese/Asian influence

I don't know about the buildings themselves but you could look at Big Hero 5/6/something? for inspiration, as they rendered a Japanese-American city and the end result is pretty interesting..

I have been doing a blend of the two for a little while, with mixed results, I find the best American city is probably Los Angeles or that area, Southern California to combine as it might just be lots of large supermarkets/ shopping centres/ low rise commercial that works well with the Japanese suburban houses and small apartment blocks that can be downloaded. When I'm on my PC I will upload some pictures of some of what I have done just so you can see what I am talking about.
