As is the Wiki, from what I can tell doing a google search its a problem that's fairly easy to fix, but it helps if you have a current backup of the forums as well which hopefully they do have

its taking me long enough to build a city wall around my Banished village, if I have to start building walls around my website as well I'm really going to be in trouble

As of this post, SC4D seems back running again!

Good job getting it resolved quickly, hopefully was nothing too serious.
