Awsome pic in this thread. I wish I would have taken some of my most recent city of 62,000 - I decided to start over, so I destroyed the city with about a hundred meteors and a big ole volcano in the center. One thing I learned - no matter how many meteors hit it, the garbage just does NOT go away.

Nice edit, ron01_000_000, to answer the first question, just draw a road to the bridge (it must be at quite a height, like that one), so it ends right at the brige. The resulting thing is a non offroad structure.

I have SC4 Deluxe. I dunno bout the other cases if theyre the same or not but the pic is very unrealisitc compared to the game. Not exactly funny but I thought id point it out. Theres highway under elevated highway under elevated rail with a freight train on it. Also its over water for the most part. Maybe Maxis prophecised the NAM mod and the over water triple stack el highway, highway, and railroad is yet to come? Its the Nostradamus (SP?) of SC4!

 

EDIT: Rereading my post I just want to add incase its unclear, I'm talking about the picture on the front of the SC4 Deluxe case (the same case for vanilla or RH?).

I believe when you are in the city, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R, and a window will pop up that allows you to make animations.  They will be saved in the C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\SimCity 4\Recorded Animations.  From there, you have to string them together in a program that makes .gif files.  I use Aesop 1.5 to make .gif files.
