For one long standing issue, making power lines for custom power poles has been an issue since Network Skins deployed out like nearly a year ago... and lo an behold, Procedural Objects to the rescue where it can.  Impressive scenery.

Wow, wow, wow! That comparison with Google Earth shows just how wonderful your attention to detail is. Phenomenal!  *:thumb:

So happy to see you active again! It's been a while old friend. I am now enjoying the complexity and beauty of this game as well.

Still around.  I bicycled the length of the Mississippi River- Lake Itasca, Minnesota to Venice, Louisiana out on the Gulf of Mexico last fall [link] and am headed back to the 'States to cycle the Natchez Trace Parkway round trip from Nashville, Tennessee to Natchez and back in April of this year [link].

Cities: Skylines still fires up on my computer.  Jessamine still loads just fine.

I keep waiting for Colossal Order to release some natural realism oriented upgrades, but it looks like these days the company is just trying to please the xBox crowd.  Sigh.

Anyway, it's still a great game.  I really should spend more time with it, but cycling around to look at real stuff just seems more important these days.

Take it easy- thanks for stopping by.

David - glad to see you checking in every now and then.

I just came to think of you. A few years back I read through the whole 3RR thing over att SC4Devotion. It's actually one of my fondest memories, one which I'll never forget. You brought me on a journey of imagination and creativity and for that I really want to thank you! So - thanks!

Regarding natural realism, have you checked out the modding scene for C:SL? It's getting pretty insane.

I'd like to recommend three guys over on Youtube who do fantastic work regarding realism. Their names are Strictoaster, two dollars twenty and Fluxtrance.

Anyway, thank you for everything over the years! Eagerly awaiting your next adventure!

I owe everyone huge thanks for following my development of Jessamine to this point.  As many folks know I love this game, but it has turned out, like Robert Heinlein's moon, to be a harsh mistress.  The latest changes to Cities: Skylines have rendered my save files pretty much unusable, and I can't get over the fact that these updates don't add much any more that I'm really interested in to the game.  I feel like I was born 10 years too soon, because that's how long it seems to take the next decent city builder game to come along.  So I'm pulling the plug at this point, and will likely return to SC4, the limitations of which I dealt with for long enough to become more or less accustomed (or perhaps resigned).

Thanks again.  Your interest in Jessamine has been very, very gratifying.
