Just decorate them with props, than change the size to 1x1 and make it rotatable, I figured this is the best way to create asymetric ploppable corners

Haha! Is it weird that when I bulldoze something and see all the little red frowny faces, I sometimes tell my Cims not to get their knickers in a twist?

Yeah, that's funny. The best however is when your city's football team finishes a game on match day: if they win the city is engulfed in a wave of happy smileys, if they loose a wave of red frownies surges over town: apparently they take their football really serious

Btw lucky I finished the model an hour ago, now my internetprovider has some problems and i´m down to 300kb/sec (usually about 30 mb/sec) wich makes using googlemaps,.... not fun. Im sure it will be fixed soon though.

Yeah some great Chicago releases this week. Prosper also created the Chicago Athletic Club. Gorgeous building.  Was planning to do it as 3x4 commercial actually, but I guess he got ahead of me.

Hehe, jeah I was browsing a lot of Chicago lately.

I´m working on more industrials, this time L2 growables. Might even do a complete set, haven´t added stuff to brooklyn theme for quite a while.

One 2x4, with some parking on the roof, the colorvariations might be too strong on a few shots, took´em a while ago and some might be older:

 

The other one is a 3x3 corner (had no time to take more shots so far), what do you think about that small stripe of green rooftiles? Kinda liked the idea.

And some funny stuff to end with:

I checked my ratings on steam after allmost a year again and noticed something apparently I haven´t lost my hater from the early days

Thats how every single asset looks like   I guess I have to find him and thank him for his steady support, at least as far as I understand the workshop rating system, every single rating helps to get to 25 ratings (after that it usually gets easy to get to the frontpage)

That is one dedicated hater! And yup, that seems to be how the rating system works (kinda sad - a really bad asset might get rating over a nice one that most ppl just missed). I've got at least one as well - most of my stuff (though not all - mine clearly isn't that dedicated) has one downvote and some even have 2.

Those new industrials look great. I'm really liking the roof parking.

I'd actually love to see more buildings on the workshop with roof parking. It's fairly common in real life, at least in Cali.

I've been hoping you would do not only another industrial set, but another commercial set as well. They're so useful.

I'm looking forward to seeing these hit the workshop.

Seems like a good addition, love the painted logo on it. The other looks very typical too, something we miss in our city.  For most assets I have 1 downvote aswell.
I also have the same experience with upvotes, usually making a post on the subreddit helps, especially with a sketchfab model. They love that stuff over there.

Ooooh and that corner office! I'd still love to see it.
