Slope Corner & Power Line Questions

Hi,

I'd been playing around with ground raiser tools (specifically in this case is 15m raise),

when i try to plop some walls around it (see picture below), I noticed 2 corners are always not "flat" like the other 2.

Is there any method available to fix those two rouge corners to become flat?

I already tried using land flatting tools but not working.

Second question,

Are there any power lines lots that have T split or Y split pieces?

They don't need to be functional, I just use them for aesthetic only.

Thanks.

The slope problem is down to a setting either in your terrain controller (assuming you have one) or a separate Diagonal Jagged Edges mod that relates to how high the ground must be before a diagonal shows a sheer face.

The problem here is that changing this setting so that walls and such look optimal can mess with the look of your terrain, especially mountainous or hilly regions.

You can read up on that here, you want the part "Max normal Y for cliff".

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

Thank you for the clues, really helpful  :thumb:

With the diagonal jagged edge mod it fixed the problem, including inner corner as well.

Where did you get those powerlines from? Never seen them but they look neat!

Those look like Peg's (including the zoom 4 glitch), but relotted with a different base texture and fence around each.

I've no idea where the version pictured above comes from, but here's the original as repainted by Peg:

And my patch for the Zoom 4 coloring.

It might be worth asking in the CFI thread and see if anyone recognises them. If doing this, just post in reply with the pictures from the opening post above. You could just paste in the URLs and then they'll display in your reply. There are lots of knowledgeable people who check there and know where to locate specific items. *;)

I'm curious to know where you get those cool powerlines from! I don't see those designs to download but the pylons I have are slightly different than these!
