Mod to reduce low wealth cars?

I think the option is still open to reduce low wealth resident cars from 2 to 1. Why would maxis make it 2 in the first place? -_-.

I can see why there's a giant traffic jam with only 4000 Sims

There's a mod which removes all cars but that's unrealistic, plus they don't use the bus. 

 

 

Does anyone want to make this mod or is it irrelevant?

I would love a Mod that half the ammount of cars alone for the FPS. My framerate is pretty bad If my city reach more than 300k people^^

SimCity is a game that requires a lot of GBs and a lot of RAM, but if your framerate is pretty bad at that rate, you should look into upgrading your computer hardware. It'll benefit you in the long run. Either that or buy another computer that would be able to support SimCity.

It can't need that much RAM.  The app is a 32bit app so it cannot physically cope with more than 4GB and in my experience it uses alot less than that.  Even on the CPU front, it's only using one core off the CPU.  Only thing that might hold you back is maybe the GPU

Hi everybody, sorry for gravedigging this thread, but I have a question which relates to the topic of this thread. As the LesterClayton's mod  doesn't work for me, do you have any idea about creating a working mod with the same purpose? How do i change the value of kresourceidcarw1 using simcitypak?
