You are amazing, It's great to see someone still doing GMax renders. I like how you got the character of the building down but I think you need to emphasize the horizontal bands on the middle of the facade rather than the individual bricks.

The Broadway Chambers Building was one of the first things I tried to model and failed at, and now that I know how wall to walls are ideally supposed to be modeled (1.6m spacing along front walls, no overhanging cornices/stuff on the blank walls) I am even more frustrated but I noticed that you scaled the front as roughly 16m instead of scrunching it to an ideal 14.4m. Maybe I'm to way over my head about this and comprises like that can't be made sometimes.

And the Williamsburg Bank also makes me wonder because technically, the squashed Sim City perspective is correct since a sphere appears as a perfect circle but no one wants to see the facade the worked so hard on get squashed so they scale up the Y factor but that makes spherical shapes oval instead...

So much confusion I have. Sorry for the rambling.

    Thanks everyone!

The Broadway Chambers lot is now released.

Shy Dude:  Emphasizing the horizontal bands turned out to be a good idea (incorporated in the release).  I initially tried to do that many years ago with this BAT when I first started it, but didn't look right until I started playing with it now.  Also, the BAT itself is actually a bit wider than 16m because of the overhang on the left side.  I got it to fit by manually changing the width of the LODs.

Is it possible to get the Williamsburg building in 2 versions? one made ortho, and the other one angled like in real life? this second version would be angled based off of Manhattan's grid aligned North to South, that way, I can include it in my recreation... please please please??? of course, it would be overhanging, easy to make with the PIM-X =)

Very nice. I always considered the building to be a CO-$$$ though, it's quite decorated (especially compared to the Maxis Chicago tileset CO-$$$s) even though it's seen better days. Nothing I can't change myself though.
