One critique - that tall building looks a little out of place. Otherwise fantastic start

That is indeed a great start!

 

I would just try to make the transition from the residential lots to the farms a bit more subtle. Maybe, instead of the fields come right up to the houses they could have some kind of ditch in between.

 

Also the grass strip on the pavements of the main roads look a bit odd. Maybe it's time for the two Mayors to rip those weeds out!

Looks awesome, love the sprawley-ness of it! By chance could you tell me where you got those houses featured in the neighbourhood by the farm? I'm always hunting for stuff for sprawlburbs.

Great update my friend. Joint CJs are always fun to see. It's great to have two minds working together on to one great journal. Reaps your RHW work is very sound, I'm taking notes as I'm just now learning it That first picture gives off a strong Autumn vibe fitting for the times today. This looks like a quaint small town lost among the thick forest and passed by by busy motorists and tourists, on their way to the wonderful resorts or vacation spots among the region. This is really great work by the two of you, keep  it up!
