That looks really cool, modern design. Love it!

All these transit maps look amazing, will have to make my own sometime. :P

Awh, thankyou!

I notice you're based in Melbourne, perhaps I could help you with one?

Joe90, that is fantastic!

edit: I just noticed the small yellow-orange symbols and names - are those subway/metro stations? I guess I didn't know that there was an underground system.

And if they're not stations, what are they?

A big but quite simple map I just made for my city which houses about 250.000 people now I think. Any tips?

Not really into making maps, so this might be my first one (though I do have built some smaller maps before..)

Oh, and the yellow lines are not GLR lines or something but zone markers. In Amsterdam we used to pay per zone when travelling (ofcourse we had smaller zones).

GlenvaleRoad1951_zpsf9452712.png

Part of the main road map used in Traebia and the United Nations of Dollet circa 1952. This shows Federal Route 5 as well as the smaller Provincial Routes, following US styling. This is Glenvale County, which is the least dense and smallest.

Now working on a real life map, though - the Le Havre S-Bahn and U-Bahn map around 2015. ^^'

All you guys stuff is so awesome!! (I had just happened upon this site trying to see other people's fictional cities and such, first post ever) Im also really interested in this kinda stuff- I want to be an urban planner and I've developed several amateur cities and transit systems. (But they're all on paper.)

The file attached was a picture (sorry it's so fuzzy it was taken on an iPad) of my latest metropolitan area, The New Moore Bay Area. I have maps much more detailed for roads, subway and more but this one was the only one I could post right now

Whoops here's the file I thought it had attached

Just to me I remember the metro having a similar amount of lines, and the blue reminds me of the canals there.

Oh well :)

The Amsterdam metro also has the same number of stations as this one (34)

But I can't find any 30-ish station metro system that fits. I don't know it, it's so familiar, though!

There's a reason it looks familiar ;)

I added metro line 2 and one of the high speed train lines.
