We have a database of mods already, it's called the STEX.

yeah stex has a s5 section. just need the menu on main home page to show a link (top menu bars drop down)

I think it'd be helpful if that section were put in with the other SC13 Forums (General Discussion, Modding, etc) cuz I've browsed this forum for about a month now always looking at new mods and never found this lol.

I take select mods to be showcased on the blog. Not every mod is worth the download and install. For example, a reskin of a bus is just a fad, while offline play and bulking outside the city box is groundbreaking.

If I'm honest I don't see this as "discussion, speculation, research & development"  of mods.
It seems like self promotion of a website.
