What is definitely bad for you, though, is not keeping to a regular sleep schedule and/or not getting enough sleep. Energy drinks do often seem to exist to enable those things, sooo...

In an effort to health-i-fy my life, I've cut waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy back on the amount of pop I drink, and have slashed my chocolate intake in half or so.  I could do with more beer in my life, though.

I always have a lighter but then again, I smoke. A big part of why I want to quit is to not have the excess baggage of a pack and lighter on my person. I also heard that it may kill me slowly if I don't.

...and therein lies the issue. I have never smoked anything and can't fathom why anyone would - the smell of cigarette smoke is revolting and I find myself hacking and almost wanting to gag if I walk past someone smoking on the sidewalk and get a puff in my face.

I always have a lighter with me, I'd never smoke a cigarette, But I do enjoy cigars, I'd rather not have something that I'm addicted to, plus its tar less so thats a plus.

 

As for energy drinks, I buy monster in bulk, I like red bull and rockstar too, but even if I was old enough, I don't know if i'd get into things like four loco.
