How do I post pictures of my city onto Simitropolis? I know how to take pictures of my city and save them to my computer but I have never figured out how to post my pictures. Please someone teach me.

Upload them to an image hosting site like Photobucket or ImageShack.  Copy the uploaded picture's URL (direct link) and paste it into the "Insert Image" button in the text editor  (below and just to the left of the smileys button).

 

It would be greatly appreciated by anyone who doesn't have ultra-fast internet if you first change the pictures from .PNG to .JPEG format, as PNGs are much bigger and slower to load.  This can be accomplished by double clicking on the image in your SC4 Albums folder, which opens it in Windows Photo Gallery.  Depending on your version of Windows, you can choose to "Make a Copy" of the picture, and then select .JPEG as the file format when you save the copy:

A technical note.  The game snaps are in .png format.  This is very expensive in space and loading time.  Convert your files to .jpg and things will be faster all around.  MS-paint can do this.

@KonstantinII:  You will need to sign up for an account.  Each site has a different way of doing things, but once you pick a site and sign up they will provide a simple "how to upload" tutorial.  I have used ImageShack in the past and the upload process was fairly simple.

I have a paid account on imgur.  You can get a free one, but it has limitations.  Uploading there is a drag and drop operation.  When you want to post an image click on it then pick the right URL.  It is the top one in the right hand column.
