Oh my god...stunning work on nightlight !!!

The helipad is refracting the image of the ground plane under it.  You should make a plane the same grey color as the render background (I don't know the correct term) that is at the height of the top of the roof below the helipad and that extends outward from the sides of the building, parallel to the ground plane.  The plane should have a hole in it through which the building passes but the sides should reach the sides of the building.  It should also be invisible to the render except for reflection and refraction.  Make sure it doesn't cast shadows.  That should fix the helipad issue in both the day and night scene.

Okay guys, I've finaly find the building which I've seen some days ago . It's the Chase Tower located in the Downtown of Phoenix, AZ .

It's an 147 meters building, composed of four pieces:

But the model isn't finished, I must add the entrances and modelised the plaza

Was about to start this some time ago. Great building. Wrote the german wikipedia article for it. Good what you did, some small skyscrapers can be nice, too!
