Thank god i took german in school. And i agree with him to, the stone area looks too big mountain dew. It would be better if you spread them out. Good stuff though.

@ UN1 pretty scene. I like this unusual eyecatcher departing by plane.

@ Mountain Dew: I like good, but iwie see the stones from not so super. which are too close together and too large

Let's hope this works as a neat revival of the thread. Today I bring you views from my current region--the capital province of Timberland, namely the mountain town of Sierra de las Cascadas and an area currently under terraforming. Río Neblina.

This is a southwards view of the mountain town's area--notice how there's the farmland, two settlements, the mountain chain and a large area of unbuilt land--this unbuilt land would be the Sierra de las Cascadas forest preserve.

SierradelasCascadas03.jpg

Here we have a close-up of the forest preserve's lowland area, where the small canyons are located.

SierradelasCascadas-ReservaForestalSierradelasCascadas03.jpg

Here we have a watchtower used by the forest rangers, next to two of the many waterfalls. These towers are common throughout the forest's sloped areas.

SierradelasCascadas-ReservaForestalSierradelasCascadas-TorredeGuardabosque03.jpg

This here is the lower portion of the Río Neblina valley--going downstream would lead to the floodplains.

RoNeblinaAbajo0-25.jpg

This would be the upper portion of the Río Neblina valley--although it's more like a canyon up to this point. The mountains are taller, enough for some to be snowcapped. The valley continues upslope some more, but that portion is yet to be made.

RoNeblinaArriba0-25.jpg

And to conclude the presentation, here I have my biggest waterfall--the Salto Rugiente of Monte Colmillo:

In case it gets removed, you can go here: MonteColmillo03-CanRugiente.jpg

Second time recently seeing those retaining walls with the stone texture. Care to share the name of them? That texture is so good.

Lovely park too by the way!! *:thumb:
