Hi, how did you get those nice 3x3 roundabouts? I mean not the simple 2x2 one, but the larger one with a statue in the middle?

I'm still following your creations and I've started my own Columbia River cities. I do want to ask you how on Earth did you manage to do those diagonal streets? Is there a mod somewhere for that?

It's in the new NAM, you build a 3x3 circle of oneways and it turn into a roundabout like the 2x2 road/street. If you want the statue in the middle you put a oneway-tile there and it'll become the statue 1.gif

My friend, another great update.  I really like the dirty industrial area...it really looks, well, industrial. 3.gif  I really like the look of it.
 
That one roundabout looks huge, and it has a statue in it.  Is that the newest NAM? 42.gif  I like the look of that too.  And that water treatment plant...man, that thing looks huge.  Maybe somebody could redo a larger treatment plant using the in game props along with some custom stuff, and have it have higher capacity (maybe call it a Regional Water Treatment Plant.)  *hint hint* 2.gif
 
And as for that preview pic for update 10...it looks really cool.  I like the look of the diagonal roads with the smaller roads/driveways.

    Your updates are as great as ever, and as always there are many little touches that make me want to turn in to a sim and visit the cities.

    Finally I have time for a fresh new update. This time the pics first 2.gif.
     
     
    UPDATE 10
    BONANOVA - DIAGONAL NIGHTMARE
     
    10.01 As seen in the last update. Mayor Jeronij decided to test some diagonal layouts.  I used the PlopModFinal to place the identical houses. First I ploped normal residential houses. Once they grew, I ploped the moded residential on them ,and seems to work 2.gif !!!

    tackaberry, there is not fixed time for an update. I usually play the game one or two hours, and it gives me pics for one or two updates. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Depending on the comlplexity of what I am doing.
    mcsouse, check pic  10.03 to see the solution Mayor Jeronij found for you. Espero que esta te mole mas tio !!! Por aqui no ha llovido demasiado, pero algo si, que la tierra lo agradece 9.gif
    Nik-nik, oh yes, it is a regional treatment plant.  This way I can forget the water treatment plants 2.gif !!!. The area is not finished yet, and the power lines will extend a little bit more. And following your suggestion, I spent one hour downloading ,installing and setting  the new Road Mass Transit set. I have to admit that looks nice !!!. Thanks a lot my friend for your always clever sugestions !!!

    Prophet42 , oh yes, the lots are functional. 20000 m3 the big ones, and 10000 the small ones. And they cost as a normal WT plant each.

    Btw those house are amazing, are u using ploppable low density housing or you actually download a mod that removes default houses to those?
    Also do u know if CD be posting his mod soon because the links dont work on the site as he already said in one post along with that he will be posting it soon on stex and its been like 2 weeks 8.gif8.gif8.gif?
    Dont mean to be rude by asking about CD here...
     
    But again your citys are very clean and neat and pretty... love your walls 1.gif1.gif
     
    EDIT: Love your blue water in ponds and such, is that the ploppable water u posted on stex, if so where did u get those nice rocks with bushes around your ponds and that nice peaceful boat dock?

    Amazing CJ! I was just wondering where you found that great traffic circle however? I love your use of diagional streets as well, the layout of the homes is very realistic.

    Looks really great. Sloppet is going to flip (be completely overjoyed) for a home in your city!

    I didn't see this in your Table of Contents...
    I was wondering where you got the dead-end lot and the tree forest lot (the tree forest between the community and that railroad)... If you don't remember or if you have no clue what I'm talking about (18.gif), I totally understand!
    Also, I'm planning on putting your CJ (simtropia) in the section under all my replies when I get the time...

    May I ask a question43.gif How did you create a transit enabled road to go under your BAT the way you did? Is there a tutorial on the STEX that can teach me this?
