Glad to see you back to making BATs :D

    Your BAT is very nice.

Maybe you should make the roof lighter, it is too dark to be asphalt or a roof.

I agree with trying to make it lighter, and see wich one of both is the best.

Yes, I'd go for No. 4 as well. It's looking good, btw! :)

That is a perfectly depressing looking apartment building. Will you be releasing it in a couple different color tones (depressing colors, of course) to add a little variety in game? Just a thought. I can see this work well as some slummy apartment complexes. Great job so far!

This looks very similar to a condo complex that my family rented a room at in florida. At least to one part of the building. I started modeling it for non-BAT purposes a while ago but I used stupid methods and it became impossible to work in the scene anymore (.5 fps) so I just quit working on it >.>

Different (colors) textures and a prop family would be nice for building a R$ housing development neighborhood.

Well, as for renderings you are correct. But if you make the buildings a family, you'll have one and the same lot, and on this one lot all variations can appear.

    I dig it. :)

I like the grime on the roof and the trim at the top, but I feel like with how grimy that looks, it'd be in more places of the building. It makes it look like it has the roof of a slum, but the facade has a more cleaner look to it. Just my thoughts on it.

    It's very nice.

I agree with skyscraper241, the roof needs "junk" and the gable sides need something. Windows and a ventilation duct ?

The wall texture is also rather plain and flat. Try finding a cinder-block type texture if they're supposed to be really cheap housing.

    Otherwise some type of brick.

These are a really nice design and size, it would be a shame to not put the effort into the textures that they deserve.

Kakado_to_save - I always loved your BATs! Have you considered starting an israeli cj instead of kamtchatka r.i.p.?

    Have a great day!

I didn't update anything really because i re-modeled some problematic parts of the BAT and re-placing some walls

    so ... hmm .

I already centered the building and i need to know if there are any problems before I render?

Did you add roofjunk yet? That was the main thing that I saw that needed to be added. Pretty much the only thing actually.
