I haven't seen any movies recently.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

I don't have any problem with Netflix raising their prices and changing their plans. If they have enough people who stick with them and it makes their profits grow, then great. If enough people leave and they see the error of their ways and lower their prices again, then great again. Either way, I have neither the time nor the inclination to watch movies at a rate that would make a service such as Netflix (or DMM.com here in Japan) worth the fee. I've got SC4, my PS3, and my family to keep me busy when I'm not working.

The Harry Potter film had a few differences.

1. In the book, Harry showed compassion then Voldemort tried to take advantage of that and quickly tried "Avadacadavra" but Harry quickly responded with "Expeliarmus" thus winning.

2. In the book, the Death Stick (unbeatable Elder Wand) could not be broken so Harry used it to fix his first wand. In the movie, it looks like he ended up with no wands.

3. The others were too minor for me to remember and care about.

I stopped watching Harry Potter movies after the third one. They were just ruining the books (which I have read all of).

Better though still not perfect are the recent series of Narnia movies. Saw the first two, wanted to see the third but was unable to find someone else who also wanted to see it to go with.

Harry Potter was a decent book series. I haven't seen many of the movies either, though.

So no one has heard of Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, or Ray Dalton?

Seen all the Harry Potter movies and read all the books.

Whilst I'll admit the movies did ruin the plots somewhat, unlike many adaptions they still remained rather faithful to the books. (An example of where this didn't occur would be Eragon)

How true, that movie is one of the biggest crap I've ever seen. But The Books are great. *Waits for the 4th and last one of the series*

The movie version of The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy was different from the book, but still quite funny. As was the radio show. None of the versions of the story were the same, come to think of it.

I've never heard of Macklemore or Dave Thomas or whoever. I'm sure they're good. I was really into music my freshman year of college, but that time is long gone. Too much other stuff to do. I must be becoming a crotchety old man at this point. Which reminds me, who cares about Harry Potter when the original Star Wars trilogy is out there just waiting to be watched and rewatched and loved over and over again?

I generally have a few tabs open on ST. I don't usually run into the spam stopper problem, though.

Why 30?

Because 1+1+1+2+2+2+3+3+4+4 = 30

EDIT: Sorry, forgot my number. I forget everything so easily... :???: 4768

@Mama, thank you, and you forgot your number...

Actually the number 3 has been one of the most important numbers in my life (3rd Child, Random Jersey Number 30, born on the 330th day of the year, etc.)
