Depends on what the smoke is and more so if the smoke has something enjoyable to it. Smoked bacon, yes. Smoke from anything burning including cigarette smoke, no. Smoke from a campfire, neutral but rather avoid. Smoke from a grill, yes but in small quantities. Electronics smoke, no but that'd be the least of my worries.

TNP has had an electronic device start smoking on them.

I had several do so... when the house was struck by lightning. And of course the fire extinguisher was under a pile of stuff in the closet. So, I put out the fires with baking soda from the kitchen.

Bright lights give me headaches and make me uncomfortable. I prefer nothing more than opening my curtains and turning on my desk lamp.
