Nathan: regarding your map from August 13th, did you put Shaw in the south end of the map because "no one goes south of Shaw for anything" in Fresno? LOL. Fresno here, too.

Cheers!

    Cool outcome with using elevated road and avenue to make a highway!

    Little tip with the photo effects, when using a photo glare (like the sun is shining off a glass tower) try to stick with just one glare per picture, since there is only one sun. :ohyes:

    The new viaduct is nice, and the Bus Station does a good job at filtering traffic it would seem. Nice Work!

    @Archean:Thanks for the advise. I will remember that next time I use that tool.

    @Figgy:Thanks!

    @bluemoose:One of the original problems was slow traffic on the old Hwy 72. That's one reason why this was made.

    Well, for most of these CJ's updates, we have looked at the shiny high-rises of Boston, Phoenix, Capital District, the suburbs of Braintree, Hollister, Lexington, and the gleaming 5-star hotels in Lowell,Keystone, and Chafkon Beaches. Now, let's go to the opposite side of the road and see how some of the UC's poor(3.5% poverty-440000 people) live:

    Those were very Tenements and Rust: Ghetto Stories/ Evillion's Astoria-esque! Great job on those slums, Ntm. They're beautiful in a slummy way. :thumb:

    Those rowhouses could make for a charming district one day...

    Ooo, beat me to it. I love the way those look. I always forget to "Make Historical" in my cities before the area is gentrified and they are destroyed.

    Your city journal has improved immensely since the first page. Fantastic work, Nathanthemayor. Fantastic!
