So, now that I am back, what are my plans:

It will involve:

Rerouting the Pheonix Tollway to the outer lanes of Highway 65.

Demolishing the old segment

Building a double T-Interchange between the 2 highways

Buidling a shopping mall(Blue) and residential complex(Green)

Well, next time I will present these plans in SC4!
