What really ticks me off is a TV commercial using sex to advertise something that breaks into the movie I am watching at some critical point without even a fade.

Canadian channels are nearly as bad with the exception of the public TV ones (TVO) and the U.S. PBS ones (WNET, etc.). The time to really regulate the commercials has come.
