Here is a glimpse at Evosmos, part of my upcoming CJ. This area floods every year, making the soil perfect for agriculture. The undeveloped portions are being claimed under a Homestead Provision and will soon be cultivated. The small town of Evosmos (further west along the motorway, not in picture) is protected by a series of dikes and levies.

I have seen some farming lands in Northern Washington state that flood routinely every year and the farmers count on it.

Hehe, well, I have the god-terraforming mod in the mayor mod (it's a mod that you can download), so I can make the beaches smooth in a case of trying to terraform it again in the mayor mod.

& the rest, I guess it's luck

I try to put hotels and white buildings on the coasts with some green spaces, and maybe some props around here and there, that's all.
