Sheridan Bay

Firelight Cove

Meridian Hollow

Just some ideas. Also, lovely work!

Thankyou! I do like the sound of Firelight Cove, I shall incorporate that definitely somewhere.

Yoshi. What mod did you use to make those water and its walls?

Dang! That's nice! I second KevinPaul's question, what did you use to make the waterfront? :)

  • The water texture is the Staten Island water mod, found in the Gobias HD Water Pack 1
  • The seawalls are the Quais de Seine, by JENX
  • The straight retaining walls are actually a semi-private beta by Bipin. You can check his BAT thread if you really wish to try them out.

I just downloaded some fillers to clean things up. Until then, enjoy this W.I.P.

Are they still available?, because I just spent the last hour and a half going through 25 pages of Bats by Bipin and I can't find em...

I've been drooling to get ahold of them ever since you showed them on that one thread. The pic you showcased on the thread, where you said something about blowing your own horn maybe...

Wow, this one looks good! May I ask you to give me the link to those buildings I've given a red and a blue frame, respectively?

...Still some room on the bottom/south side of the city. Might put in a port there.

Haljackey, looks amazing.  I have a couple questions!

What is that round building right between the golf course and the river?  I don't think I've ever seen that before.

What is hiding behind the ITC there?

Space battleship Yammoto eh?  Don't see that used much anymore.....love it.

The river looks nice, it breaks up the city neatly. The only thing that's been bothering me is the way you handled the shoreline not with walls or anything but just those 1x1 grass patches... but oh well. (:

The round blue building? It's called MS Blue Heaven.

I suck at building seawalls, so I opted not to do them for my SC4 video series. The alternative created a more natural-looking riverfront which also doubles as a nice park / greenspace area and floodplain. That's a good alternate to me raging for hours trying to build a crappy-looking walled shoreline if I do say so myself.

Very interesting use of seawalls with the beach in the first picture. I had not even thought of that.
