Beta Key Giveaway Part 2

We've got another round of Cities XL beta keys about to be released soon.

The game is a bit different.

Again, we're going to try to make this as fair as possible for all time zones.

Here's how it will work.

1. At predefined intervals throughout the day (for the next couple of days) the home page will display a new codeword.  Once that codeword appears, you will head over to the Key Claim Form, and type the word in.  Each word will dispense a certain amount of keys until it expires.  If you missed out, wait for the next codeword to appear.
2. The codewords will be on the homepage.
3. The only work you will have to do is to actually type the word in, no cut and paste.   Challenging, eh?
4. One Beta key per member.

So keep your eyes peeled on the home page.  Good luck!

It's up. They are just random words. Just type it into the form and get a key.

Once the word expires a new word will popup in a couple hours or so. We're again trying to hit all timezones to give equal opportunity to members, but it's pretty easy to get one. Cheers

I just got a BETA KEY!!! OH, I never thought it would happen to me of all people!

My jaw almost unhinged when I saw the "Congrats!" screen and I am so excited!

EDIT: to all those searching, just do CTRL+F then type CODEWORD on every page untill you find it.

Lolwut? What makes you so un-worthy? Just because you’re completely new to ST, that doesn’t mean you can't (or don't deserve to) claim a key. If you want to play the beta then by all means keep your key.

Have a problem- I am attempting to register with my key. Problem is, Firefox keeps saying that my connection was reset. After several tries, it worked. Would all that trying cause problems?

Is there a deadline to download the beta as soon as you got the key?
